Real Madrid Ace Sergio Ramos, joined the elite crowd at Bernabeu by scoring his 100th career goal for Los Blancos last night in a 3-2 win over Inter Milan.
The Spaniard, who has sometimes criticized his disciplinary record, has established himself as one of the best defenders of his generation and has now become the 19th player to score 100 strikes in the famous white jersey.
The 34-year-old has achieved this milestone in 659 appearances for Real Madrid scoring at least three goals every season in all competitions for Los Blancos since his arrival 15 years ago.
Ramos has hit double figures in three separate campaigns over the past five years (2016-17, 2018-19 and 2019-20), with last season being his best on the attacking front as he scored 13 times for Zinedine Zidane’s side – with 11 of those coming in their triumphant league campaign.
Fernando Hierro is the only other recognized defender to hit a century of goals for the Spanish giants, but the 52-year-old was often deployed as a midfielder during his time at the Bernabeu.
