News from the North West of England says that Yves Bissouma of Brighton has a chance to become a Liverpool player, possible Wijnaldum replacement.
Following Georginio Wijnaldum’s growing links in January or July with a move from Liverpool to Barcelona, Liverpool allegedly scanned market for the midfielder.
While Futaa reported Renato Sanches is listed at Anfield, Brighton’s Bissouma has also become another possibility.
“Liverpool are keeping close tabs on Yves Bissouma ahead of the winter window,” ESPN reported.
“It is claimed that Jurgen Klopp has identified the Brighton midfielder as a potential successor to Georginio Wijnaldum, who is out of contract in the summer.
The outlet added to suggest that Bissouma, who is also linked with Manchester United and Monaco, could cost at-least £30 million.
“A move for the £30 million-rated Mali international may not be easy, however, as Man Utd and Monaco are also said to be keen on the 24-year-old,” concluded the report.
Meanwhile, the log-leading champions are on the road to face Crystal Palace in London this weekend.
